Partial dreadlocks. Natural half head dreads for men.
For more than 3 years, Paco has been letting his hair grow for the day to be able to wear natural dreadlocks. He has a very fine hair quality but in sufficient quantity. After receiving these pictures and seeing the quality of his hair, I proposed to Paco a phone appointment. This appointment is used to understand the needs and motivations of the client to better advise and direct him. It also serves to analyze the feasibility of the project and to obtain a price estimate. Paco had long hair with a short layered cut on the sides. I proposed him a creation and installation of fine dreadlocks extensions on half of his head. In English-speaking countries this is called "partial dreadlocks". In France we talk about natural half-head dreads when we talk about this look.
This is an excellent choice for both men and women who want to give themselves time to see if they are :

- Imagine adding a few more dreadlocks.
- Is happy as it is (We don't want to add to it).
- Would like to wait to see the evolution before deciding.
This is a discreet alternative to a full head natural dread creation.
Sometimes you can show off your locks, and sometimes you can style them in a bun for a more elaborate and empowering look. Wearing partial dreadlocks or natural half-headed dreads gives you a lot of choice in how you style your hair and allows you to be creative.
A few months later, Paco came for his first interview. His locks were healthy and well on their way to maturing, he had followed all my maintenance advice. What shampoo and care for dreadlocks to use for his hair texture and how often... etc.
He was delighted with the evolution of his dreadlocks and decided to add a few more extensions because he is completely comfortable with his new look.
