DISCOVERY WORKSHOP
Creation & maintenance of natural dreadlocks afro and caucasian hair
This two-day course will give you the skills to create and maintain natural dreads.
What will you learn?
After this course, you'll know how to create and maintain beautiful, natural dreads. To do so, you'll follow the three modules below:
Module 1: Origins of dreadlocks and different techniques.
Module 2: Creating natural dreadlocks
- Know how to analyze the different types of hair
- Define the size of the dread for each hair type
- How to make a grid
- Learning of crimping, picking & crocheting techniques and my technique "the swedish touch
- Creation of natural dreads on all types of hair: long, fine, fragile, curly & afro
- Realization of brush and round tips

Creation of extensions, installation and maintenance of natural dreadlocks
This two day course will teach my technique for creating, applying and reshaping natural dreadlocks.
What will you learn?
I'll teach you how to create, apply and reshape natural dread extensions. To do this, you'll follow the following four training modules:
Module 4: The missions of an expert hairdresser in the creation and maintenance of natural dreads
Module 5: Creating naturalhair dreadlock extensions
- How to choose quality hair for beautiful locks
- Reminder of the importance of a good grid
- Deepening of the crochet technique the "swedish touch
- Creation of natural dreadlocks extensions
- Realization of brush tips and round tips
Module 6: Natural dreadlock extensions
- Fixation of dreadlocks extensions on short, long, fine, fragile, curly and afro hair
- Optimization of the pose : How to sublimate existing dreads and give them more length
- Decorate and embellish natural dreads extensions with threads, beads and jewelry
Module 7: Maintaining natural dreadlock extensions
- Rooting to tighten and solidify the dreadlocks extensions
- Reintegration of unruly hair into the dreadlock
- Catch up on locks that were badly made when they were created
- Untangle and unravel mixed and/or misshapen dreadlocks
- Application of moisturizing and refreshing treatments
- Embellishment of the brush tips
