Deposit & Booking conditions

A deposit of €100 (incl. VAT) is required to book an appointment. Payment is made by credit card, via Stripe or PayPal, in total security.

The balance is adjusted and settled on the day of the appointment based on the actual duration of the consultation. Payment can be made in installments via PayPal or AlmaPay.

Booking this service corresponds to a dedicated time slot of up to 4 hours. The actual duration depends on the condition of your locks and the work required on the day of your appointment. The service is carried out with care, precision, and respect for your hair . The price is therefore adjusted according to the actual time spent.

Pricing (including tax):

• 1 hour: $145 including tax
• 2 hours: €245 including tax
• 3 hours: €345 including tax
• 4 hours: €445 including tax

The reserved slot allows for up to 4 hours of work. Beyond 4 hours, and only if necessary, the maximum rate is capped at €495 including tax (5-6 hours).

Need to modify or cancel?

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let me know at least 72 hours in advance, by e-mail to: contact@dreads-expert.com

In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded, but a new date will be offered.
