Shape up your natural dreads - Ilinka.
Ilinka lives between Switzerland and Saint Aygulf (83). I created her dreadlocks in August 2018. She contacted me again for a complete overhaul of her dreads (classic maintenance and embellishment of the tips). She also wanted me to add about fifteen new locks.
His goal was twofold: the desire to embellish the tips of his dreadlocks to obtain a more elegant and aesthetic result, and to have a wider range of possibilities for different and varied hairstyles by creating new dreads.
My work has been twofold.
1°) First of all, I did a classic shaping/maintenance: I crocheted the hair that was sticking out of each dread to reintegrate it into each one, tightened the locks and finally applied a moisturizer to the scalp to protect and strengthen it.
2°) To embellish her dreadlocks, I added extensions made of natural hair to her tips. This gives a very feminine and chic look.
Ilinka is delighted with the result. She will be able to wear her dreads with pride and elegance. Especially since she is going to live in Argentina for a while.

To maintain your dreads, I recommend the products of the Danish brand Raw Roots. You can buy them on the website Dreadheadshop. In order to keep your locks looking good, I advise you to do maintenance three times a year.
